Carry out the BREEAM certification process for phases II and III of the Hotel Jardines de Abama, maintaining consistency with the sustainability standards applied across the development's other phases.

HAUS Healthy Buildings supports Abama Resort and the Coderch Urbanismo y Arquitectura team in the BREEAM certification of these phases, coordinating the verification of environmental criteria and the required documentation, building on the knowledge accumulated across the other phases of Jardines de Abama.

Project in progress, scheduled for completion in 2026. The goal is to obtain BREEAM certification for phases II and III, aligned with the rest of the Abama development.
