HAUS Healthy Buildings supports Abama Resort and the Coderch Urbanismo y Arquitectura team in the BREEAM certification of this phase, coordinating the verification of environmental criteria and the required documentation, building on the knowledge accumulated across the other phases of Jardines de Abama.

Project in progress, scheduled for completion in 2026. The goal is to obtain BREEAM certification for phase IV, aligned with the rest of the Abama development.
