Achieving the standards of a BREEAM Very Good building with a tightly controlled construction budget (PEM). The challenge is to prove that a demanding environmental rating is compatible with contained construction costs in multi-family housing.

HAUS Healthy Buildings supports JR Promocions and the Josep Riera team through the BREEAM certification process, optimising solutions to maximise the environmental score without inflating the budget. The work focuses on selecting high-impact, low-cost strategies that efficiently reach the Very Good rating.

Project in progress. The expected outcome is a multi-family building with BREEAM Very Good certification that could become the lowest-cost building with this environmental rating in Spain, proving that sustainability and budget control can go together.
