Slow Building Barcelona

Mixed-use building for office, commercial, and industrial purposes with 10,700 m² of floor space. It has achieved Energy Certification A and has become the first DGNB Gold-certified building in Spain, in addition to earning 4 Green Leaves from GBC. The investment in health-related features amounts to €43 per square meter.

Espai Natura

Multifamily housing project in which the combined investment in health-related features amounted to €53 per square meter. The building achieved an A Energy Certification and was awarded 4 Green Leaves by GBC, becoming the first privately developed residential building to earn this distinction.

HQ1

Comprehensive renovation of a 410 m² single-family home, awarded 5 Green Leaves by GBCe—ranking among the first three homes in Spain to achieve the highest level of this sustainability certification. The project holds an A Energy Certification and Passive House standard, along with a 4H health rating according to H.A.U.S. criteria. Located in Sant Cugat del Vallès, the investment in health-related features amounted to €78 per square meter.

HQ2

Comprehensive renovation of a 500 m² single-family home, currently in the certification process with the goal of achieving 4 Green Leaves from GBCe, an A Energy Certification, and a 4H health standard according to H.A.U.S. criteria. Located in Sant Cugat del Vallès, the investment in health-related features amounts to €55 per square meter.

El Jardinet de Lesseps

Multifamily housing project in Barcelona, where the combined investment is currently in the implementation phase and stands at €35 per square meter. The building will also achieve an A Energy Certification and holds 4 Green Leaves from GBCe.

HQ5

Comprehensive renovation of a rural single-family home incorporating old barns and stables, while preserving the original 18th-century structure. The project aims for near-zero energy demand. It is registered with 4 Green Leaves from GBC, holds an A Energy Certification, and meets the 5H health standard according to H.A.U.S. criteria. Upon completion, the investment in health-related features will amount to €41 per square meter. Located in Vall de Benàs, Alta Ribagorça, Huesca.

Hotel QGAT Phase II

Annex building to Hotel Qgat featuring 70 new rooms and a new event hall. It is currently undergoing BREEAM New Construction certification and holds an A Energy Certification.

Europa Business Building

Renovated building aimed at enhancing its value. An investment of €600,000 (€40 per m²) is being made, of which €21 per m² is allocated to health-related features.
